For our students, getting their COE approved is a huge step toward their dreams of studying in Japan. Overall, this 100% approval rate is a big achievement and we are very eager into helping more students to achieve the same success, as our April 2025 batch students. And moving forward, we aim to provide the best support possible to ensure every student’s application process is as easy and successful as possible.

We are excited to share that our Study in Japan program has achieved a 100% Certificate of Eligibility (COE) approval rate for the April 2025 batch! This means that all 33 students in the batch have successfully received their COE, thanks to the hard work of our Documentation Team.

What is COE and Why is it Important?

The Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is a key document that allows students to apply for a student visa to study in Japan. Getting the COE approved is a crucial step in the process of studying abroad, as it confirms that the student meets all the necessary requirements set by the Japanese authorities.

How We Achieved 100% Approval

Getting a COE approval can be a challenging process, but with the help of our experienced Documentation Team, together with the timely submission and cooperation of all 33 students, it made the process smooth and easy.
